Same adoption as mover. Tests FIRST: internal/store (the SPARQL write path — worst coverage per unit of risk in the estate) + pending-arithmetic + SegmentIRI pinned fixture (shared with qlever).

Accept: goldens byte-identical; LoaderStalled/Backlog alerts quiet overnight.

Programme: Refactor programme — code and rules · epic: forgejo_admin/platform (see milestone). Workflow: every change lands as a PR the operator merges before the next step.

Deployed and verified live (2026-08-25 04:04 UTC), after today's sweep confirmed green (repro 03:01 PASS, contract 04:03 PASS, 0 open incidents).

  • Image loader@sha256:7290eff2… (built from 4d759c0, cosign-attested); digest repin committed with the rollback digest recorded
  • Rollout clean; first pass 2.5 s: loaded 1, skipped 869 (ledger intact), pending 0, store 71,708,806 triples — the ledger the blast-radius tests froze works byte-for-byte in production
  • /readyz → ready (now reflects real store health); /stats exact legacy shape incl. the segmentsPending Gatus key; slog component=loader on stderr
  • Gatus: pipeline/loader + pipeline/loader-backlog UP

Remaining before close: tomorrow's overnight cycle (incl. the 15:00 + 03:00 qlever folds interacting with the new loader). Then qlever is next.
