Monitors the new production Keycloak via its evalgo OIDC discovery doc (cert-expiry watched) and the ntfy alert channel via /v1/health. Inserted inside endpoints: (gatus#11 lesson). Prometheus itself is deliberately NOT exposed publicly, so no LAN check for it — it is watched by its own TargetDown rules + these outer checks. Safe to merge now (both services live); I will roll the ConfigMap after merge.

Placed INSIDE endpoints: per the gatus#11 lesson. Note: the production
Keycloak has its own LAN-external name 'keycloak' - distinct from the
LAN 'keycloak' identity-group endpoint.
